Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken by cutting the thighs into bite-sized pieces, mixing with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil, and marinating for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Griddle to medium-high heat around 400°F (200°C) and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  3. Cook the Chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
  4. Sauté the Vegetables, adding zucchini and onion to the griddle for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Scramble the Eggs on the griddle until fully cooked.
  6. Combine the Rice and Mixed Vegetables, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Merge everything together, adding the chicken and vegetables to the rice, stirring for another minute.
  8. Serve and Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
