Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury mini eggs.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to place dough balls on the baking sheet, spaced 3 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8-9 minutes, until light golden brown around the edges.
  8. Press additional crushed Cadbury eggs on top of each warm cookie.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
