Step-by-Step Instructions for Monster Burrito
- Preheat your griddle to 350-375°F. Add half of the cooking oil and spread the Simply Potatoes hashbrowns in a single layer. Sprinkle with Essential Blend seasoning and cook for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the thick cut bacon and breakfast sausage to the griddle. Cook the bacon until crispy and the sausage until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes total. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.
- Add butter to the griddle. Whisk the eggs and half and half until smooth. Pour onto the griddle and scramble for about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top until melted, then remove.
- Warm the tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds per side to make them pliable.
