Preparation Steps
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dark chocolate over simmering water and cool slightly. Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form, then fold into the cooled chocolate. Spread this layer over the crust and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt the milk chocolate and fold into whipped cream. Spoon over the dark chocolate layer and chill for another 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate and fold into whipped cream. Spread over the milk chocolate layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set completely.
- Release the pan, dust with cocoa powder, and add optional toppings before serving.
