- Start by scooping out the ripe watermelon flesh and placing it into a bowl. Slice 1-2 bananas, and freeze them for at least 2 hours.
- In a high-speed blender, add the prepared watermelon, frozen strawberries, and frozen banana. Then scoop in your vegan yogurt, squeeze lime juice, add zest, and drizzle maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds. Use a tamper to push down ingredients if necessary until smooth.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, add water by the tablespoon until desired thickness is reached, then blend again.
