  • 3 cups ripe watermelon flesh Scoop out for best hydration.
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries Pre-sliced works best.
  • 1-2 medium frozen banana Freeze for ideal texture.
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt Unsweetened brands recommended.
  • 1 medium lime Juice and zest for flavor.
  • to taste tbsp maple syrup Optional sweetener.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by scooping out the ripe watermelon flesh and placing it into a bowl. Slice 1-2 bananas, and freeze them for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the prepared watermelon, frozen strawberries, and frozen banana. Then scoop in your vegan yogurt, squeeze lime juice, add zest, and drizzle maple syrup.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds. Use a tamper to push down ingredients if necessary until smooth.
  4. Check the consistency. If too thick, add water by the tablespoon until desired thickness is reached, then blend again.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses immediately for the freshest flavor, and serve in a hollowed mini watermelon for presentation.
