Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually add buttermilk until a thick batter forms.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Dip each floret into the batter and arrange them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space in between.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip each floret and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Mix melted butter and buffalo sauce in a bowl until combined.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture evenly and serve immediately.
