Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually add buttermilk until a thick batter forms.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Dip each floret into the batter and arrange them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip each floret and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix melted butter and buffalo sauce in a bowl until combined.
