Method
 

Directions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, then cool under cold running water.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground meat for 5 to 7 minutes, then stir in green chiles and spices for 2 more minutes.
  3. Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a mixing bowl, adjusting flavors to taste.
  4. Combine the cooled pasta, meat, veggies, cheese, and beans in a large bowl, folding gently.
  5. Dress the salad with half of the sauce, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, add bacon and remaining dressing, toss gently to combine.
