- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

- Combine pasta, meat, corn, black beans, tomatoes, and optional veggies in a bowl. Toss to combine.
- Pour remaining dressing over salad, toss gently, and serve with cheese and scallions on top.
