- In a mixing glass, combine 3 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice and 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon of honey or simple syrup and stir well for about 30 seconds until dissolved.
- Take a tall glass and fill it generously with ice cubes, about three-quarters full.
- Pour the juice mixture over the ice, then top off with 4 to 6 ounces of club soda or sparkling water.
