Preparation Steps
  1. Start by washing the zucchini thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt or residue.
  2. Cut the zucchini into 2-inch strips for even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl or zip-top bag, combine the zucchini strips with avocado oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, coarse salt, and black pepper. Toss or shake well until evenly coated.
  4. Turn on the Blackstone griddle and set it to medium-high heat, allowing it to preheat for about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Once preheated, place the seasoned zucchini strips on the hot surface. Cook for about 2-3 minutes without moving them.
  6. After 2-3 minutes, flip the zucchini with a spatula and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until they reach an al dente texture.
  7. Remove the zucchini from the griddle and serve hot.
