- Start by washing the zucchini thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt or residue.
- Cut the zucchini into 2-inch strips for even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl or zip-top bag, combine the zucchini strips with avocado oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, coarse salt, and black pepper. Toss or shake well until evenly coated.
- Turn on the Blackstone griddle and set it to medium-high heat, allowing it to preheat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Once preheated, place the seasoned zucchini strips on the hot surface. Cook for about 2-3 minutes without moving them.
- After 2-3 minutes, flip the zucchini with a spatula and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until they reach an al dente texture.
