Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crumble the vanilla cake into a large bowl until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix in the vanilla frosting until a soft, moldable dough forms.
  3. Press the cake mixture into the cakesicle mold, smoothing the tops.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white candy melts in a microwave in intervals until smooth, adding coconut oil as needed.
  6. Dip the frozen cakesicles into the melted candy coating.
  7. Prepare icing by mixing powdered sugar with water and coloring.
  8. Drizzle colored icing over cakesicles and add sprinkles while wet.
